We have 30 years’ experience of providing bespoke services to our Customers based on sound motor insurance principles and a common sense, hands on approach with expertise across all businesses.
Through continuous investment in systems and our own unique professionally developed database we succeed in providing a sophisticated and flexible yet user friendly claims handling process for fleets of 500 or more vehicles.
We do not shoe horn our Customers into an ‘off the shelf’ package.
Instead, we build a solution to suit whatever a Customer requires utilising our expertise to create an ideal fit for any situation. Every Customer has their own Claims Team to work with based in Bicester in Oxfordshire. We do not operate a call centre ethos.
Our Management and Staff have the experience to deal with all situations as they arise. You will find that Fleet Claims are totally flexible in providing what the Customer wants, when the Customer wants it. It is significant that Customers are retained for many years because they have confidence in our business principles and our personable attention to their requirements. From those early days Fleet Claims and the Industry have moved on with the advent of Accident Management Companies, Approved Repairer Networks, Electronic Estimating, Condition Appraisals by Video, Courtesy Cars, Risk Assessment and Driver Training.

Our Customers were amongst the first to self-insure their own accidental damage and we were one of the first firms to provide the claims handling service they needed.
